Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SHWRK websites and Shopify apps, including LinkGuard, SeoAudit, TagTidy, and DiscountIQ. By using an App, you agree to these terms and Shopify’s applicable terms.

Using the Apps

You must have authority to connect the Shopify store you use with an App. You are responsible for the information, catalog changes, redirects, tags, and discounts you review or create through the Apps. Check proposed changes before applying them to a live store.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid App subscriptions are billed through Shopify’s Billing API. The current Standard plan is $4.99 USD every 30 days after a 7-day trial, unless the App presents different pricing in Shopify. Shopify manages charges, cancellations, and any applicable taxes under its billing terms.

Availability and support

We work to keep the Apps available and accurate, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Automated audits and recommendations can identify issues, but they do not guarantee a particular business, search, sales, or ranking outcome. For help, contact support@shwrk.com.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Apps, interfere with their operation, attempt to access another merchant’s data, or use the Apps in violation of law or Shopify requirements. We may suspend access when needed to protect the Apps, merchants, or service providers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SHWRK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, sales, or goodwill arising from use of the Apps. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant App during the 12 months before the claim.
