DiscountIQ Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DiscountIQ. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms and Shopify’s applicable terms.

Using the App

You must have authority to connect the Shopify store you use with DiscountIQ. Review eligibility, dates, values, combination settings, and projected savings before publishing or changing a campaign. You remain responsible for each discount, customer communication, and compliance with applicable pricing and consumer-protection rules.

Subscriptions and billing

If a paid plan is offered, Shopify displays the current price, trial, billing interval, and any applicable taxes before you approve a charge. Shopify manages charges and cancellations through Shopify’s Billing API and its billing terms.

Availability and support

We work to keep DiscountIQ available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. For help, use DiscountIQ support or email support@shwrk.com.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another merchant’s data, or use it in violation of law or Shopify requirements. We may suspend access when needed to protect the App, merchants, or service providers.

Limitations and liability

DiscountIQ presents configuration guidance and overlap checks based on the information available to it. It does not guarantee a discount will combine as expected in every storefront or checkout scenario, nor does it guarantee revenue, conversion, or legal compliance.

To the extent permitted by law, SHWRK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, sales, or goodwill arising from use of the App. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App during the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Contact support@shwrk.com with questions.
