LinkGuard Terms of Service
Last updated September 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of LinkGuard. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms and Shopify’s applicable terms.
Using the App
You must have authority to connect the Shopify store you use with LinkGuard. Review every issue and redirect destination before creating a redirect. You remain responsible for the storefront behavior, content, and redirects in your Shopify store.
Subscriptions and billing
If a paid plan is offered, Shopify displays the current price, trial, billing interval, and any applicable taxes before you approve a charge. Shopify manages charges and cancellations through Shopify’s Billing API and its billing terms.
Availability and support
We work to keep LinkGuard available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. For help, use LinkGuard support or email support@shwrk.com.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another merchant’s data, or use it in violation of law or Shopify requirements. We may suspend access when needed to protect the App, merchants, or service providers.
Limitations and liability
LinkGuard can identify likely broken links based on the content it scans, but it cannot guarantee that every URL is found or that a redirect will preserve traffic, rankings, or sales.
To the extent permitted by law, SHWRK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, sales, or goodwill arising from use of the App. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App during the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Contact support@shwrk.com with questions.
