TagTidy Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TagTidy. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms and Shopify’s applicable terms.

Using the App

You must have authority to connect the Shopify store you use with TagTidy. Review every proposed merge, rename, or removal before applying it. You remain responsible for product organization, collection conditions, integrations, and any downstream effect of a tag change.

Subscriptions and billing

If a paid plan is offered, Shopify displays the current price, trial, billing interval, and any applicable taxes before you approve a charge. Shopify manages charges and cancellations through Shopify’s Billing API and its billing terms.

Availability and support

We work to keep TagTidy available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. For help, use TagTidy support or email support@shwrk.com.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another merchant’s data, or use it in violation of law or Shopify requirements. We may suspend access when needed to protect the App, merchants, or service providers.

Limitations and liability

TagTidy identifies likely catalog-tag issues from your Shopify data. It does not guarantee that a cleanup action will suit every collection, integration, or merchandising workflow.

To the extent permitted by law, SHWRK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, sales, or goodwill arising from use of the App. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App during the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Contact support@shwrk.com with questions.
