Create and manage Shopify discount campaigns with guided setup and previews.

Email support@shwrk.com with your shop domain, “DiscountIQ” in the subject line, and a short description of what happened.

Before you contact us

Open the campaign or coupon and note its title, discount type, status, and the step where the issue occurs.
Include the shop domain and whether the question concerns eligibility, combination settings, or publication.
Do not send a Shopify password, access token, customer information, or a live discount code intended to stay private.

Common questions

What can DiscountIQ create?

DiscountIQ helps create and manage automatic discount campaigns and coupon codes, including volume, VIP, free-shipping, and BOGO-style configurations.

Does DiscountIQ make a campaign live automatically?

No. You review the campaign configuration and choose when to create, activate, deactivate, or delete a discount in Shopify.

How does VIP eligibility work?

A configured Shopify Function compares the buyer tags supplied at checkout with the exact VIP tags selected by the merchant. DiscountIQ does not request the Shopify Admin customer scope or store customer records.

Billing and account help

Shopify manages app subscriptions, charges, cancellations, and taxes. In Shopify admin, open Settings, then Apps and sales channels to manage an installed app.
