Before you contact us

Run an audit and open the relevant issue before contacting support.
Include the audit date, issue type, and the Shopify resource involved.
Do not send a Shopify password, access token, or customer information.

What does SeoAudit review?

SeoAudit reviews products and store content for on-page SEO issues, including metadata, headings, images, structured data, and links.

Does SeoAudit change store content?

No. SeoAudit reports issues and links you to the relevant Shopify resource so you can decide what to change.

Why is an issue still visible after I make a change?

Run a new audit after Shopify has saved the change. The new audit reflects the latest content available through Shopify.

Billing and account help

Shopify manages app subscriptions, charges, cancellations, and taxes. In Shopify admin, open Settings, then Apps and sales channels to manage an installed app.
